Return Policy

All sales are final. Many of the products we sell are collectible items, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. It is possible that you may find slight variations or blemishes with your product. Note that the actual products shipped might be slightly diffirent than the displayed pictures. This is because many of the items are hand-made and/or hand crocheted. Also, some of our stock is imported from overseas and is not readily available in North America. Due to international shipping costs and the uniqueness of the products, our inventory on each item is very small, and most products are made in limited runs. For these reasons we hope you understand our no returns policy. Thanks!

Damaged Good Return Policy

If your merchandise has a significant manufacturing defect (i.e. the product is broken or missing parts), we will be happy to exchange it for the same non-damaged item; if the item is no longer in stock it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or store credit. You must contact crochetaccessory within TEN (10) DAYS from the shipping date in order to qualify for an exchange. Returns made without contacting crochetaccessory in writing will not be honored. Please direct all return inquiries to inquiry@crochetaccessory.com. Returns must be in their original packaging or they will not be accepted. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
